Tenants and Exhibitors Renew Commitment to Las Vegas Market with Long-Term, Permanent Leases
Top Brands Include Lane, Broyhill, Magnussen, Powell, HTL and United Furniture
LAS VEGAS – Tuesday, July 24, 2012 – In a show of confidence in the vitality of Las Vegas Market and the business opportunity it presents to furniture manufacturers, World Market Center Las Vegas today announced that 22 tenants have signed long-term, permanent leases in time for the 2012 Summer Las Vegas Market, Jan. 30 – Aug. 3, 2012.
In total new tenants will occupy 250,000 square feet of space and will be located throughout World Market Center’s three contiguous buildings.
Newly signed permanent leaseholders at World Market Center Las Vegas include United Furniture Industries, which was created in early 2000 through the merger and acquisition of three established companies—Comfort Furniture, Parkhill Furniture and United Chair. United Furniture will occupy a 21,332-square-foot showroom in Building B, Suite 1380, doubling their original space. HTL International, leading manufacturer of leather sofas and leather upholstery hides, will occupy a 15,223-square-foot showroom in Building B, Suite 900.
